THE GAME 'WHAT IF' - More Touching Moments

The guest speaker at the Hospice Training course was describing a scenario that went something like this.

You are happy, safe, nurtured, comfortable in your life.  As you grow you become cramped, unable to move, uncomfortable.  You notice a tunnel, a way out.  You move toward the light and emerge into a bigger world, free to move.  You are comfortably supported and safe.

This description of birth is familiar to us.

Then he tells us that he is describing death.  What if death was us birthing into a bigger world when we had outgrown this physical existence!
Being pushed into this physical world gave us room to grow and learn.

This perspective lessened my fear of death.
