THE STRUCTURE OF THE DEEP DIVE
This mornings card fits perfectly with The Deep Dive title.
The thought in my head when I woke up this morning was "THE STRUCTURE OF". I created new titles at NOTES as fast as I could type them in. The ideas were flowing. I have written 22 The Structure Of... titles. Wow, I am in awe - 22 is Ralph and my birthday day. I just recounted - still 22. Shaking my head, how does that happen! Amazing!
So I just finished The Structure Of The Cards blog and emailed it off.
Then I looked at the next card in this continuation story. SELF-FORGIVENESS. Wondered what the upside down card is and if it fits with this part of the story. Yep, MOTHER HEALING fits with Forgiveness. "As your feelings toward your mother heal, your desires manifest more rapidly and accurately."
The words in the guidebook propel me to deeper levels of letting go and healing.
Again, the 'desire' theme.
SELF-FORGIVENESS "Let go of old guilt, and remember that you're God's perfect child." Again words from the guidebook encourage and comfort me. They are a recipe to healing. They painted a picture of how I was and can still be - hard on myself. Words that speak to how I have transformed - handling mistakes differently. Reminding me, "... guilt is the opposite of love" "... guilt doesn't help anyone or anything, but divine love helps everyone, everywhere!" AFFIRM: - "I ask that all effects of my mistakes be undone in all directions of time, and I now release all guilt completely. I love my true self, from top to bottom."
It feels so comforting to be reminded that there is hope for me after all.
So, what is the DEEP DIVE you ask?
It's a workshop idea about forgiveness and the various levels of techniques I have experienced over the years. Steps along the way, all leading to the next deeper step. The DEEP DIVE is just that, another deeper step to fine tune and clear away any leftovers.
Or an even better idea, it could be an after the Sunday Service program with Rev Bruce for those of us that want to Deep Dive further into the message.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE CARDS
The journey of the Mermaids and Dolphins deck continues to amaze me. The other morning I started my day with the cards, as I continued the story that is unfolding. Previously I shared that the cards in the deck that were right side up as I was thumbing through them before shuffling them, were speaking volumes to me. I am still on that journey of choosing to read the next card the next day... Sometimes I have read a card in the morning and a card at bedtime. Sometimes I go days without reading one. The choice is in the moment and beautiful choices they have been.
Like a couple of mornings ago, I ended up reading 4 cards. They seemed to belong together like a road map for the day.
As I revisit the cards to write this, I notice the darkness in the picture and the light shining from inside the TREASURE CHEST. The words in the guidebook remind me to "remain in a state of gratitude...., it reveals your faith..." Treasure that ".... comes in wonderfully unexpected ways"
The picture on MUSIC FOR MANIFESTING has a mermaid playing a harp. I remember my joy as I experienced playing a harp one year at the Therapeutic Touch workshops on Orcus Island. Those memories open a whole new door to a flood of delightful memories and remembering people that I hadn't thought about for years - treasured annual workshop friends.
As I write this, I hum as I follow the cards instruction to add more music "To manifest rapidly, think of your hearts desire while you chant, hum, sing, or play music" Every word in the guidebook sings to me. "....Music is part of the invisible realm, and is of a higher frequency than that of the physical plane..." " .... Move your body to the music, and breathe in deeply as you listen to it, drawing in the energy of each note..." " .... Use music as a manifestation tool...." "... self-made music sends your manifestations into the ethers....." Making sound makes me breathe deeper.
Then there were 2 upside down cards and for the 1st time on this journey I wonder what those cards are. Should I look at them? Are they supposed to be part of the journey? Should I have been looking at all the upside down cards all along? Why am I curious about them now? I had no trouble surrendering, ignoring, letting them go before. What am I supposed to do now? Okay, okay - so I looked. The 2 cards are READY, SET, GO and EMPOWERMENT. Both cards I have pulled and wrote about before. They are a confirmation of what I am already doing - writing and sharing. They make sense and are definitely part of this mornings story.
To refresh, READY, SET, GO reads - "Now is the perfect moment to dive in and embrace your heart's desire." EMPOWERMENT - "You're more powerful than you realize. It is safe for you to be powerful."
Which leads me to the next right side up card. DREAM BIG. "Let go of small thoughts about yourself! See yourself succeeding." I have pulled and written about this card before. It instructs me to write down on paper all my fears and then drown the paper in water. No, I haven't done that exercise yet.
CONTEMPLATION TIME - "Spend time alone, meditating upon what you truly desire." is the final card in the group of four. The guidebook exercise is to get outside in nature with a pad and pen and write questions and answers to - "... What do I want to do next? What's my heart's true desire right now?"
Again, a strong "desire" theme keeps coming up - at Unity, with the cards, everywhere.
I didn't ink it, but I did experience the most divine led day yesterday connecting with and enjoying nature as I walked on Mother Earth and witnessed crow and blue Heron and soaked in all that the trees offered. All because I forgot to take the bag of slides I was taking to the library to scan and digitize when Ralph dropped me off on his way to his TOPS meeting. This unexpected side trip of catching the bus to where Ralph was going to, was magical. It structured the timing of the day differently. I started scanning slides late which made finishing the project later. Ralph had joined me after his meeting, and we decided to finish the job instead of coming back again. This was the 3rd day this week we had been doing this job and it felt good to be finishing today.
Timing was perfect. We were finished in time for the Friday night dinner at the seniors centre, yummy BBQ ribs this week. So you see, it was all meant to be.
Mistakes are just detours to enjoy.

ANOTHER STORY OF CO-INCIDENCE
THE STORY OF THE CARDS. Aug 10/17
The day has been filled with magical signs, good decisions and love. The appointment with the gastroenterologist prepared us for decisions that we will need to make in the future. For now, he is scheduling me for another ultrasound and sending me to Dr. Hamilton. We noticed that sign... Ralph's daughter and son-in-law are building a Care Home called Hamilton On High Street in the Hamilton Village of Richmond. So we both feel we are in the right hands in this moment being blessed by the Great Mystery.
Decided to pick a card from my new Mermaid and Dolphin deck at bedtime. As I was thumbing through and touching each card saying, "I love you" to each one, I noticed the ones with the Title on top were speaking volumes to me. Hadn't even shuffled them - it is like the message was waiting in the box for me to discover. Here are the words from all the cards that were right side up.
Friendship, worthiness, break free, watch your thoughts, morning affirmations, divine magic, alchemy, waves of prosperity, blessed change, healing heart, wait, protection, you're being helped, yes, treasure chest, music for manifesting, contemplation time, dream big, self-forgiveness, read as self-empowerment (supposed to be self-employment), a new dawn, father healing, soulmate relationship, accept heavens help, synchronicity, explore your options....
They seem to be in the perfect order too!
Next I went through and read the words at the bottom of each of these cards. WoW!!!
Decided to go to the booklet and read those words. Triple WoW!!! Had the thought - read the Guidebook each morning for the next word....
August 10th bedtime.
FRIENDSHIP - Make a date for a play day with one or more friends.
Although you're busy with responsibilities, it's important to take time out to play with one or more friends. By drawing this card, you're urged to make a date to go have fun with a companion. Whether a new acquaintance or a beloved old friend, it's important for you to balance your schedule with some good old-fashioned companionship and frivolity.

WORTHINESS - Know that you deserve to receive good in all ways.
You've been blocking your manifestations due to deep-seated beliefs that you don't deserve them. Manifestations aren't rewards for good behaviour - they're effects of your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and actions. When you allow yourself to receive, you help with Gods plan to demonstrate love everywhere.
Accepting Heaven's help isn't just about you personally; it's about allowing yourself to be helped so that you can help others. Accept good graciously, and affirm: "Thank you for gifts that have come to me now. I gratefully accept them for the good of all.
ASIDE - the daily jigsaw puzzle online game today is a cake with candles. I take it as a sign to celebrate.
Also been noticing that we're already in the flow, doing the playwork, living those words. The cards are affirming that we are truly on the right road.
In the Unity Friday night movie one of the characters was George, my dads name. Dad is in my thoughts at the moment as he travelled a similar road.
I noticed the level of the Oprah online game, Bold Moves, l am trying to solve has the inspirational saying " practice creative courage "! What a wonderful message for me at the moment.

It's nearly bedtime and I am just reading the next, supposed to be morning, card on this reading journey.

Watch Your Thoughts - It's important to only think about what you desire (deserve), not what you fear.
My thoughts instead of guidebook words.
Noticed that I kept reading 'deserve' and truly feel finally that I do deserve what I desire. So I must watch my thoughts about what I desire. Raise my standards and expectations. No more minimum, make do, mentality. Raise the bar, open up to expecting / desiring more. Open up to unlimited good. Releasing all limited thinking. The possibilities are endless / unlimited. The world opens up as I explore the endless unlimited possibilities.
My bedtime card August 12/17
Morning Affirmations: "Say positive affirmations each morning to open the gates of manifestation."
As I read the words in the guidebook, I smile, as I read - "... Relating to your desires...."
The instructions include "intentions and affirmations". Don't worry about the "how to", just allow myself to imagine... Mapping out a simple easy doable plan for me. Just do it.

I am behind in documenting and recording all these wonderful sacred moments I am noticing. I can barely keep up with myself and all that I am experiencing. My email communications routine has been neglected.
More moments from last night.
I was drawn to pick a Animal Powers card. 2 were fused together.
BISON > prosperity. I felt the bisons strength. The word sweep over and comforted me.
"..... come to me now and give me grounding. I need your knowledge to help me survive. To slow down, be patient, and move forward. Having faith that all I need will be provided."
CAT > confidence. There is a curious 'what's this about' look on the cats face I just noticed. A reflection of a part of me that asks that same question. The picture is reflecting back at me feelings I can not find words for in this moment. It is giving me a tool to look back on in future moments. Hope I remember to do so. Thank you Great Mystery.

What a wonderful gift this is this morning. I am seeing so much more revisiting last nights cards. Thank you all on this beautiful journey with me. I am grateful for each one of you that read these musings.
Laughing here... Giggle, giggle... Looking at the 2 cards pictures again and cat face says, "whatcha looking at!", which is exactly how I feel when others react the way we do, the way I have done unto others in the past...

Over the years I have observed, found, participated in, experienced, did work on a variety of workshops, online webinars, etc. Sound familiar? So on my bookshelf last night, a pile of my hand written card size one liners from God knows when - years ago, don't have a clue where from or what it was about, catches my attention, so of course I look at them...
They read:

Ah, so many missed signals are revealing themselves. It's like fishing, and I just caught another one from yesterday.
- It was the 13th, our treasured day of each month because we got legal in Las Vegas on a Friday the 13th, when I first shared with my treasured Unity friends the news of this road we are on. This has freed me to be able to share this story with others. Thanks gang...
- Went to a friends husbands memorial the same day I had the colonoscopy. Was the Great Mystery trying to prepare me for this curve on my road?
- Online casino game ads are mostly for games with skeleton images.
- Dozens of people, some I haven't seen for years are resurfacing in my life.
- Connecting with and making new friends
- Noticed bus today with the NIS sign on, then the bumper stickers on it > 'thanks for the brake' and 'it's the law' and decided I can use, < thanks for the BREAK, it's the law - as in UNIVERSAL LAW >
- Today's lesson by Rev Bruce was a true description of the road I

How can inspiration flow when you are tied up in knots? “But how can I relax?” you think, and that is the problem. Cease thinking. Be present and breathe. Focus on one word: Trust. When have magical things happened? When did things flow? You get back into that flow not by worrying, but by relaxing and trusting. All is well.

.... has been extremely ill with bowel cancer for a couple of years and I will leave out all the details and only say that about one to two months ago; she was in an extremely severe way and she was looking for someone who would operate on her to remove a growth in the bowel. (She has previously had a lot of surgeries)
No one would do this for her anymore and said it was beyond doing anything.
Somehow or other...........she found Dr. Hamilton of her own accord!
He took her and said yes, he would be prepared to do this surgery for her!!!
She had it done maybe two months ago.
She absolutely loves the man!
Not only is he a wonderful surgeon; she says he is so kind and easy to speak to and such a good communicator.
She couldn't say enough about him.
So I am passing along this exceptional referral to you in that he sounds like "a gem" find!
- Listened to interview with Jeffery Olsen and Dr Jeff O'Driscoll on Coast to Coast August 12th and been watching YouTube videos of Jeffery. An amazing story. Jeffery survived a car accident but his wife had died. The doctor got information from the dead wife about how to save her husband.

The picture is of the mermaid holding a conch shell which tells me to listen.
The guidebook reads:
New waves of abundance are sweeping over you right now. Observe any ideas that enter your mind at this time, as they may be seeds of a profitable new venture. Also notice any out-of-the-blue phone calls or "chance" meetings with people who could help you.
This card also means that you're on a success streak. This is an excellent time to begin new ventures (of course, follow your inner guidance and do appropriate research). You'll see that doors open easily for you, and that you're filled with extra confidence and enthusiasm. Practice being a grateful recipient of good. Know that there's an ocean of abundance, with no danger that it will dry up.

I feel so grateful and blessed. The cards are affirming what is already happening in my life. The Unity lessons are describing my experiences.
Yesterday, at church, I was told I should write a book. The bits and pieces of this jigsaw puzzle of life has accelerated the last few months as we have been involved in doing a project at the Minoru seniors centre in Richmond, BC, learning how to create short digital story videos. I have also signed up for a seniors centre program on Digital Storytelling starting in September presented by SFU. I have also posted stories over the years at lynnstory.blogspot.ca In 2014, I even printed out and gifted the radiation technicians and a social worker at the Vancouver Cancer Clinic with what turned out to be a 13 chapter story of another magical journey. Geeezzz, I forgot about the magical moment at church when I talked about my story to someone right by the prayer box. They suggested I write a prayer request out... Dahhh!!! Hadn't even thought of that... And to use Silent Unity - which I had thought of but hadn't gotten around to yet. Maybe I should go do that now..... LOL

As I read the words in the guidebook, I smile, as I read - "... Relating to your desires...."
The instructions include "intentions and affirmations". Don't worry about the "how to", just allow myself to imagine... Mapping out a simple easy doable plan for me. Just do it.

I am behind in documenting and recording all these wonderful sacred moments I am noticing. I can barely keep up with myself and all that I am experiencing. My email communications routine has been neglected.
More moments from last night.
I was drawn to pick a Animal Powers card. 2 were fused together.
BISON > prosperity. I felt the bisons strength. The word sweep over and comforted me.
"..... come to me now and give me grounding. I need your knowledge to help me survive. To slow down, be patient, and move forward. Having faith that all I need will be provided."
CAT > confidence. There is a curious 'what's this about' look on the cats face I just noticed. A reflection of a part of me that asks that same question. The picture is reflecting back at me feelings I can not find words for in this moment. It is giving me a tool to look back on in future moments. Hope I remember to do so. Thank you Great Mystery.

Cat Invocation For Confidence
" Cat spirit, please come to me. Help me move swiftly, help me see. You are clever with hunting and seeking. Lead me to know my time and purpose. Teach me self-confidence and balance. Show me your magic and mystery, so I can have the ability to go my own way."
What a wonderful gift this is this morning. I am seeing so much more revisiting last nights cards. Thank you all on this beautiful journey with me. I am grateful for each one of you that read these musings.
Laughing here... Giggle, giggle... Looking at the 2 cards pictures again and cat face says, "whatcha looking at!", which is exactly how I feel when others react the way we do, the way I have done unto others in the past...

Over the years I have observed, found, participated in, experienced, did work on a variety of workshops, online webinars, etc. Sound familiar? So on my bookshelf last night, a pile of my hand written card size one liners from God knows when - years ago, don't have a clue where from or what it was about, catches my attention, so of course I look at them...
They read:
I see with love and tenderness. Hip hip hooray - there is joy in every day. My thoughts flow freely and easily, I move though ideas with ease. I am balanced in my creative flow. I move forward with confidence and ease, I trust and flow with the process of life. I share my feelings and my love, I respond to love in everyone. My sexuality is safe. I release the pattern in my consciousness that created this condition, I am willing to change, I love + approve of myself. I accept my full power as a woman + accept all my bodily processes as normal and natural, I love +approve of myself. I express the joy of living + allow myself to enjoy every moment of every day totally, I become young again. I freely + easily release the old + joyously welcome the new.

Ah, so many missed signals are revealing themselves. It's like fishing, and I just caught another one from yesterday.
- It was the 13th, our treasured day of each month because we got legal in Las Vegas on a Friday the 13th, when I first shared with my treasured Unity friends the news of this road we are on. This has freed me to be able to share this story with others. Thanks gang...
- Went to a friends husbands memorial the same day I had the colonoscopy. Was the Great Mystery trying to prepare me for this curve on my road?
- Online casino game ads are mostly for games with skeleton images.
- Dozens of people, some I haven't seen for years are resurfacing in my life.
- Connecting with and making new friends
- Noticed bus today with the NIS sign on, then the bumper stickers on it > 'thanks for the brake' and 'it's the law' and decided I can use, < thanks for the BREAK, it's the law - as in UNIVERSAL LAW >
- Today's lesson by Rev Bruce was a true description of the road I

You can relax now. Spirit has things well in hand. Worry and fear cause constriction. How can inspiration flow when you are tied up in knots? “But how can I relax?” you think, and that is the problem. Cease thinking. Be present and breathe. Focus on one word: Trust. When have magical things happened? When did things flow? You get back into that flow not by worrying, but by relaxing and trusting. All is well.

.... has been extremely ill with bowel cancer for a couple of years and I will leave out all the details and only say that about one to two months ago; she was in an extremely severe way and she was looking for someone who would operate on her to remove a growth in the bowel. (She has previously had a lot of surgeries)
No one would do this for her anymore and said it was beyond doing anything.
Somehow or other...........she found Dr. Hamilton of her own accord!
He took her and said yes, he would be prepared to do this surgery for her!!!
She had it done maybe two months ago.
She absolutely loves the man!
Not only is he a wonderful surgeon; she says he is so kind and easy to speak to and such a good communicator.
She couldn't say enough about him.
So I am passing along this exceptional referral to you in that he sounds like "a gem" find!
- Listened to interview with Jeffery Olsen and Dr Jeff O'Driscoll on Coast to Coast August 12th and been watching YouTube videos of Jeffery. An amazing story. Jeffery survived a car accident but his wife had died. The doctor got information from the dead wife about how to save her husband.

The picture is of the mermaid holding a conch shell which tells me to listen.
The guidebook reads:
New waves of abundance are sweeping over you right now. Observe any ideas that enter your mind at this time, as they may be seeds of a profitable new venture. Also notice any out-of-the-blue phone calls or "chance" meetings with people who could help you.
This card also means that you're on a success streak. This is an excellent time to begin new ventures (of course, follow your inner guidance and do appropriate research). You'll see that doors open easily for you, and that you're filled with extra confidence and enthusiasm. Practice being a grateful recipient of good. Know that there's an ocean of abundance, with no danger that it will dry up.

I feel so grateful and blessed. The cards are affirming what is already happening in my life. The Unity lessons are describing my experiences.
Yesterday, at church, I was told I should write a book. The bits and pieces of this jigsaw puzzle of life has accelerated the last few months as we have been involved in doing a project at the Minoru seniors centre in Richmond, BC, learning how to create short digital story videos. I have also signed up for a seniors centre program on Digital Storytelling starting in September presented by SFU. I have also posted stories over the years at lynnstory.blogspot.ca In 2014, I even printed out and gifted the radiation technicians and a social worker at the Vancouver Cancer Clinic with what turned out to be a 13 chapter story of another magical journey. Geeezzz, I forgot about the magical moment at church when I talked about my story to someone right by the prayer box. They suggested I write a prayer request out... Dahhh!!! Hadn't even thought of that... And to use Silent Unity - which I had thought of but hadn't gotten around to yet. Maybe I should go do that now..... LOL
